Return Policy
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they have
enrolled on the correct course.
Refunds will not be given if the purchaser enrols on and completes a course incorrectly.
If a purchaser realises they have enrolled in the wrong
online
course, however and have not accessed the study material or the
assessment, a refund may be possible if the purchaser contacts
the respective learning centre
within four (4) working days of the course being purchased.
Refunds will not be given if a purchaser has commended or completed
an
online course assessment. This is because the purchaser will have
already used the services which they have paid for.
If a purchaser decides to withdraw from a course after it has been
purchased and accessed, they will not be given a refund, regardless
of the time spent in the course or the materials accessed.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing
or
by email to
the respective learning centre.
Refunds for payments made for an online course will only be refunded
in the same form used to purchase the course.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by no later than 5 working days prior to to the commencement of the course. An administrative charge of 10% will be made. The balance will be refunded by cheque.
Refunds cannot be made for courses that have been booked using an ILA, and subsequently cancelled by the learner. Every effort will be made by the Centre to reschedule your booking, however, no guarantees can be made.
Full refunds, or reinstatement of ILA credits, will be made by the Centre in the eventuality that a course is cancelled by the Centre.
